All the relevant documentation from Loriot LoRaWAN Network Server can be found here:

The content presented here below is based on the previous link. In case of questions, refer to Loriot documentation which should be always updated.
MANDATORY LECTURE:

About Point 1: The corresponding user will receive a Loriot User Account from us, account needed for the administration of the corresponding Loriot Tenant dedicated to the Private Space.
About Point 2 and 3: They should be read with attention.
To interact with the Loriot web interface, basically all is there.
STRONGLY RECOMMENDED LECTURE:
It's also a good idea to read these sections:

https://docs.loriot.io/display/lns/api+documentation
In a practical way, what do we recommend?
For simplicity: Create manually 1 network, this needs to be done only once. Then, add manually each gateway when needed. Once a gateway is added on the network no more actions are needed on Loriot side. The next step is configuring accordingly the Gateway, following our standard guidelines.
Application and devices are added automatically in Loriot (using API Calls) once they are created in our platform, so no action is needed from the user side. Just for Information purposes:
- Each LoRa Application in Loriot refers to a Ground in the Private Space
- Each Device on that Application refers to a Device on the corresponding Ground
