We have noticed that by default, the Multitech LoRa gateway does not have the time synchronisation enabled, this will make that with the time, the gateway will be out of sync and eventually, after a long long time it might stop working correctly.
Fortunately, the solution is simple: In teh settings the NTP synchronisation needs to be enabled and that is all.
From another laptop on the same local network, open a web browser and connect to the web interface of the Multitech using the the IP address that it has received from your network. Then login entering user and password.
You should see a screen like this (image below). On our example, we can see that the "Current Time" is not aligned with the reality.
To correct this, we need to go to Setup -> Time Configuration end there enable "SNTP Configuration".
