How to Manage a Private Space ? (Role and responsibilities of the Administrator)

For the case of an ALSO IoT Ground ( basically any ground with the URL starting with  https://also.allthingstalk.com/ground/ ... ) all most of the administration is done by us, the team behind the ALSO IoT Platform.

The users are responsible of adding the devices they need, using activation codes, defining the pinboard they need, creating the corresponding rules and alerts, etc. When it comes to defining number of devices per ground, creating the activation codes, etc nothing needs to be done, the ALSO IoT Platform administration will take good care of these tasks.

This also means that for the case of customers running an Entire Platform different and completely independent from ALSO IoT Platform as it is the case of each Private Space customer needs to designate an Administrator.

The main Roles of a Private Space Administrator are:
- Creation of Device Types
- Creation of Activation Codes.
- Creation of new device tiles (needs to be communicated with AllThingsTalk)
- Customisation of the catalog at the time of purchase
- User management 
- Creation and management of Partner+ accounts
- Managing grounds and ability to resell grounds
- Monitoring resources (message rate etc)

To keep in mind:
- Activation codes from devices that work on Also IoT Platform will not work with a private space


Desired profile and skills for an Private Space Administrator:
An IT profile with basic knowledge about working with APIs.
